Coffee Cake for Margaret's 80th Birthday - she loves going to the Bridgewater Hall to watch the Halle - so I tried to reflect her passion in the design of the cake.
Gluten Free - This cake has a painted (with food safe tints) backdrop of an area in Scotland the family like to visit. Mum said thank you so much for the cake you made for my daughter, it captured her sense of fun and fav places and activities. The gluten/dairy free cake was delicious and appreciated by us all.
